Purpose and permissions
The integration supports calendar assistance for authorised users. Its permissions allow reading, creating, editing and deleting events on accessible calendars; reading the calendar list and settings; and obtaining basic account identity information, including account identifier, name and email address. These identity permissions do not provide Gmail message access. Calendar sharing and deletion of entire calendars are outside the configured permissions.
Use and processing
Calendar information is retrieved to answer authorised requests and perform requested event operations. Relevant requests and retrieved information may be processed by an AI model service supplied by OpenAI. Only information relevant to a request should be included. Data is not sold, used for advertising, or deliberately shared with unrelated recipients. Google API data use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and retention
Access credentials are stored encrypted in restricted service storage. Calendar references, configuration, conversation history and selected saved context may also be stored to support continuity. Inactive completed conversations are configured for pruning after 90 days; saved context, operational records and configuration may persist until reviewed or removed. There is no single automatic deletion period for all data. AI and communication providers may retain processed data under their applicable service policies. Authorised operators can access service records for support and maintenance.
Control and revocation
You can revoke the integration in your Google Account connections. Revocation prevents further authorised Google API access; it does not automatically erase previously stored service records or events already created. Use the business contact form to request information, correction or deletion. Contact enquiries are handled under the website privacy policy.
